Latest Food Prices in West Java: Egg, Oil and Onion Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (August 10, 2025) at 16.17 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include consumption sugar, milkfish, pure beef, medium rice, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, bulk wheat flour, purebred chicken eggs, packaged wheat flour, and red shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices saw the highest surge, Rp369 (0.99%) to Rp37,547 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices fell the deepest by Rp1,253 (3.19%) to Rp38,034 per kg.
