Complete List of Food Prices in Banten Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Friday, November 17, 2023)

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 11:12 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased.

The highest price increase was for granulated sugar, up 4.54% or Rp710 to Rp16,340 per kg.

Next, the prices of Indian mackerel and bulk cooking oil increased by 3.07% or Rp1,140 to Rp38,220 per kg and 2.85% or Rp380 to Rp13,720 per liter, respectively.

Medium-grain rice increased by Rp340 or 2.71% to Rp12,880 per kg, skipjack tuna increased by Rp700 or 2.03% to Rp35,240 per kg, and simple packaged cooking oil increased by Rp280 or 1.89% to Rp15,060 per liter.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, farmer-level corn, red onions, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt decreased by 13.5% or Rp1,520 to Rp9,740 per kg, the lowest price decrease today in Banten.

Farmer-level corn was recorded at Rp7,650 per kg, down 5.79%, red onions decreased to Rp29,910 per kg from Rp30,690 per kg, and shallots decreased by Rp610 to Rp34,010 per kg.
