Cooking Oil Price in East Kalimantan is IDR 18,250 per Kg (Wednesday, May 17, 2023)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded the average daily price of bulk cooking oil (per kg) in modern markets in several provinces at Rp 4,122.22 per kg, data as of Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Overall, the average this week decreased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 5,583.33 per kg.

The daily price of bulk cooking oil in modern markets in East Kalimantan was the most expensive in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 18,250 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of bulk cooking oil in this province is higher. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 11,500 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in North Kalimantan, the price of bulk cooking oil was sold at Rp 15,000 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of bulk cooking oil in East Java was Rp 3,850 per kg, North Sumatra Rp 0 per kg, and Aceh Rp 0 per kg.

Meanwhile, there are seven provinces with bulk cooking oil sales below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for bulk cooking oil are West Sumatra, North Sulawesi, and North Maluku.
