Today's Food Prices in Banten: Beef and Rice Prices Increase

Food prices in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (11/8/2024) at 2:48 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 7 decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include dry soybean (import), SPHP rice, skipjack tuna, red chili peppers, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic cloves, granulated sugar, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp1,010 (3.94%) to Rp26,660 per kg. Garlic cloves saw the sharpest price decrease of Rp740 (1.88%) to Rp38,660 per kg.
