Aceh's Current Food Prices: Salt Up, Chicken Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (9/8/2024) at 10:41 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, iodized fine salt, red chilies, SPHP rice, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, bulk wheat flour, simple packaged cooking oil, shallot bulbs, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase, up by Rp970 (6.63%) to Rp15,610 per kg. Bulk wheat flour experienced the largest price decrease, down by Rp310 (2.89%) to Rp10,410 per kg.

6. Broiler Chicken: Rp28,790 per kg (down 2.54%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp28,220 per kg (up 3.71%)
8. Shallots: Rp26,750 per kg (up 0.3%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp25,010 per kg (down 0.12%)
