The price of Grade 2 beef in West Papua Province's traditional markets remained at Rp145,000 over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets in West Papua Province is recorded at Rp145,000. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, and similarly, there has been no change in price over the past week.

The price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets has also remained unchanged over the past month, remaining at Rp145,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets over the past three months in West Papua has shown a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets in West Papua Province is traded at Rp145,000.

The highest recorded price increase for daily grade 2 beef in traditional markets in this province was in September 2020, with an increase of 75.57%, while the lowest decrease was also recorded in September 2020, at -43.04%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in West Papua show three commodities decreased and 21 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are daily red chilies in traditional markets by province, medium grade II rice, and daily curly red chilies in traditional markets by province.
