Food Prices in Jambi, Thursday (November 21st): What's the Price of Chicken?

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be lower than yesterday's.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 08.03 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, granulated sugar, broiler chicken, garlic bulbs, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, SPHP rice, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp3,300 (10.41%) to Rp35,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of fine iodized salt decreased the most by Rp860 (7.29%) to Rp10,940 per kg.
