Today's Food Prices in Central Java: Sugar Up, Buffalo Meat Down

Prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (October 10, 2025) at 09.53 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are packaged cooking oil, consumption salt, mackerel, bulk wheat flour, and consumption sugar.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as shallots, milkfish, premium rice, SPHP rice, and curly red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The dried soybean (imported) commodity increased the most by Rp200 (2.11%) to Rp9,696 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of fresh buffalo meat (local) decreased the most by Rp144,375 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
