Banten Region's Latest Food Prices: Salt Prices Rise, Chili Prices Fall

Food prices in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (11/9/2024) at 09:58 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 19 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) and fine iodized salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium-grain rice, dry soybean (import), SPHP rice, milkfish, and shallots have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Fine iodized salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp340 (3.13%), reaching Rp11,220 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies saw the steepest decrease of Rp5,040 (16.28%), reaching Rp25,910 per kg.

7. Milkfish: Rp29,280 per kg (down 12.05%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp26,500 per kg (down 0.49%)
