Today's Food Prices (28/11) in East Java: Onion Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (28/11/2025) at 17.39 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red onion, broiler chicken meat, and red cayenne pepper.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as large red chili and curly red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red cayenne pepper commodity soared the highest by Rp3,530 (9.18%) to Rp41,985 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp1,364 (2.7%) to Rp49,227 per kg.

8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,886 per kg (stable)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,174 per liter (stable)
