Aceh Region Food Prices Saturday (September 28th): Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (28/9/2024) at 12:11 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include dry soybean (import), simple packaged cooking oil, shallots, mackerel, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, garlic bulbs, chicken eggs, pure beef, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies saw the highest increase, jumping by Rp810 (3.09%) to Rp27,020 per kg. The price of milkfish saw the largest decrease, dropping by Rp950 (2.71%) to Rp34,140 per kg.
