The price of fresh daily chicken eggs in South Sumatra Province's modern markets has increased by 3.68% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 08:23 WIB, the daily price of fresh broiler eggs in modern markets in South Sumatra Province showed no change compared to the previous day, mirroring the trend of the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of fresh broiler eggs in modern markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp27,200 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh broiler eggs in modern markets in South Sumatra over the past three months has shown a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of fresh broiler eggs in modern markets in South Sumatra Province is traded at Rp28,200 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of fresh broiler eggs in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2022 with an increase of 52.77%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in November 2020 with a decrease of -19.25%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in South Sumatra show five commodities decreased and 14 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are granulated sugar, chicken meat, fresh broiler chicken, premium quality granulated sugar, and local granulated sugar.
