Malaysia had an international O&G mega-project agreement worth US$3 billion, with ExxonMobil (United States) as the main sponsor.

Other ASEAN countries, including Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and Brunei Darussalam, did not have any recorded financing agreements of this nature.
