Bali Food Prices Today: Salt Prices Up, Egg Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (14/8/2024) at 09.34 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, farmer-level corn, bulk wheat flour, fine iodized salt, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, red chilies, pure beef, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish saw the highest increase of Rp11,330 (43.43%) to Rp37,420 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna saw the sharpest decrease of Rp1,410 (5.68%) to Rp23,410 per kg.
