Food Prices Today in Aceh Region: Red Chili Rises, Bird's Eye Chili Falls

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (July 31, 2025) at 12:34 PM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are curly red chili, bulk wheat flour, fresh buffalo meat (local), packaged cooking oil, and consumption salt.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as large red chili, bulk cooking oil, garlic cloves, pure beef, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili increased the most by Rp445 (1.45%) to Rp31,042 per kg. The price of bird's eye chili decreased the most by Rp3,000 (6.67%) to Rp42,000 per kg.
