Latest Food Prices in Central Java: Chicken Meat, Red Chili, and Buffalo Meat Prices Decline

Prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (13/11/2025) at 09:53 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 9 increased and 16 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are packaged cooking oil, pure beef, corn at farmer level, curly red chili, and dried soybean (imported).

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Minyakita, consumption salt, broiler chicken meat, large red chili, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp1,015 (2.02%) to Rp51,375 per kg. The price of fresh local buffalo meat decreased the most by Rp144,375 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
