Food Prices Tuesday (28/10) D.I Yogyakarta Region: Red Chili Up, Oil Down

Prices of several food commodities in D.I Yogyakarta today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (October 28, 2025) at 14.30 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases were consumption sugar, large red chili, SPHP rice, garlic cloves, and consumption salt.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as shallots, mackerel, medium rice, broiler chicken meat, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp2,832 (6.7%) to Rp45,105 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most by Rp853 (2.12%) to Rp39,455 per kg.
