Lampung's Food Prices Today: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (13/8/2024) at 08.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, premium rice, milkfish, SPHP rice, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, pure beef, garlic bulbs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp6,940 (32.95%) to Rp28,000 per kg. Red chilies saw the largest price decrease of Rp13,420 (23.37%) to Rp44,000 per kg.

2. Red Chilies: Rp44,000 per kg (down 23.37%)
3. Garlic Bulbs: Rp35,000 per kg (down 4.66%)
4. Curly Red Chilies: Rp35,000 per kg (down 16.21%)
5. Broiler Chicken: Rp35,000 per kg (up 0.98%)
6. Shallots: Rp28,000 per kg (up 32.95%)
7. Milkfish: Rp27,000 per kg (up 0.67%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp27,000 per kg (down 4.66%)
9. Mackerel: Rp25,000 per kg (down 23.12%)
10. Skipjack Tuna: Rp22,000 per kg (down 22.54%)
11. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp17,000 per liter (up 0.95%)
12. Granulated Sugar: Rp16,600 per kg (down 5.52%)
