Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Chili Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Jambi today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (15/9/2024) at 12.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, red chilies, curly red chilies, medium rice, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, garlic bulbs, mackerel, skipjack tuna, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp800 (1.98%) to Rp41,120 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp2,780 (9.21%) to Rp27,390 per kg.
