Today's Food Prices (11/2) in East Java: Sugar, Egg and Bird's Eye Chili Prices Rise

Some food commodity prices in East Java today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) at 18:05 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include red bird's eye chili, imported soybeans, premium packaged palm cooking oil, beef rump, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as large red chili, Honan garlic, and red onion decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp643 (1.9%) to Rp34,548 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili price dropped the sharpest by Rp576 (1.88%) to Rp30,000 per kg.

2. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp82,652 per kg (up 0.5%)
3. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp38,621 per kg (up 0.75%)
4. Red Onion: Rp35,629 per kg (down 1.28%)
5. Curly Red Chili: Rp34,548 per kg (up 1.9%)
6. Honan Garlic: Rp33,100 per kg (down 0.6%)
7. Large Red Chili: Rp30,000 per kg (down 1.88%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp29,273 per kg (up 0.42%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,614 per liter (up 0.44%)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,570 per liter (up 0.25%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp16,517 per kg (up 0.3%)
12. Minyakita: Rp15,714 per liter (up 0.09%)
13. Premium Rice: Rp14,734 per kg (unchanged)
14. Medium Rice: Rp13,011 per kg (unchanged)
15. Imported Soybeans: Rp12,585 per kg (up 0.28%)
