Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: Sugar Up, Onions Down (Saturday, January 27, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (27/1/2024) at 12:29 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are granulated sugar, Indian mackerel, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, shallots, red chilies, premium rice, and shallots have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of Indian mackerel increased the most by Rp550 (1.58%) to Rp35,270 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of shallots decreased the least by Rp760 (2.94%) to Rp25,070 per kg.
