Current Food Prices in Bali: Beef and Red Chili Prices Drop

Food prices in Bali today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at 17.03 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 7 commodities increased in price and 13 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, milkfish, packaged cooking oil, medium-grain rice, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, red chili peppers, premium rice, curly red chilies, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp723 (1.98%) to Rp37,167 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili pepper prices fell the most sharply by Rp8,704 (9.87%) to Rp79,444 per kg.
