Food Prices in Banten Thursday (30/10): Red Chili Prices Up, Oil Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (30/10/2025) at 1:20 PM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 11 increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include broiler chicken meat, skipjack tuna, curly red chili, milkfish, and red cayenne pepper.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as wheat flour (bulk), broiler chicken eggs, SPHP rice, mackerel, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili rose the highest by Rp3,548 (6.07%) to Rp61,957 per kg. Minyakita oil prices fell the sharpest by Rp223 (1.31%) to Rp16,825 per liter.
