Friday's (November 29th) Food Prices in Banten: Prices of Oil, Onions, and Chilies Drop

Food prices in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (29/11/2024) at 12.06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are red chilies and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, shallots, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp610 (1.67%) to Rp37,180 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level decreased the most sharply by Rp820 (10.22%) to Rp7,200 per kg.
