Lampung Food Prices on Monday (April 29th): Chicken, Sugar, and Onion Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (29/4/2024) at 13.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, dry soybean (import), bulk wheat flour, skipjack tuna, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Indian mackerel, pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices saw the highest increase, jumping Rp3,200 (12.91%) to Rp27,990 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili pepper prices saw the lowest decrease, dropping Rp400 (1.09%) to Rp36,360 per kg.

9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp27,990 per kg (up 12.91%)
