Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Onions Up, Chilies Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (22/4/2024) at 13:31 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, red chilies, bulk wheat flour, skipjack tuna, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour, broiler chicken, Indian mackerel, premium rice, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp1,450 (2.54%) to Rp58,620 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp400 (1.08%) to Rp36,510 per kg.
