Today's Food Prices in Aceh on February 26: Beef, Rice and Oil Prices Drop

Today, the prices of several food commodities in Aceh were observed to drop compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (February 26, 2026) at 14:45 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 commodities increased in price and 6 decreased.

Commodities that saw price increases include loose granulated sugar, shallots, broiler chicken meat, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as curly red chili, medium rice, Honan garlic, premium packaged palm cooking oil, and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Premium rice saw the highest price increase of Rp39 (0.25%) to Rp15,734 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili had the deepest price drop of Rp1,745 (4.47%) to Rp37,292 per kg.

Below is the complete list of prices for 16 food commodities in Aceh according to SP2KP Kemendag on February 26, 2026 at 14:45 WIB.

5. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp36,957 per kg (up 0.24%)
6. Shallots: Rp36,682 per kg (up 0.13%)
7. Curly Red Chili: Rp32,746 per kg (down 2.43%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,713 per kg (unchanged)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp22,920 per liter (down 0.13%)
10. Loose Granulated Sugar: Rp18,936 per kg (up 0.08%)
