West Java Food Prices Thursday (2/13): Cooking Oil Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, at 13:58 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 8 commodities increased in price and 15 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, chicken eggs, milkfish, pure beef, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, Minyakita cooking oil, mackerel, skipjack tuna, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp221 (0.59%) to Rp37,493 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chili peppers decreased the most by Rp1,720 (3.37%) to Rp49,357 per kg.
