Jambi Region Food Prices, Tuesday (November 19th): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

Food prices in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (19/11/2024) at 08.03 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, granulated sugar, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, medium rice, curly red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Chicken prices saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,030 (2.88%) to Rp36,820 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of iodized fine salt saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp590 (5.0%) to Rp11,210 per kg.
