Food Prices Today (06/1) in Aceh: Rice Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today were observed to be lower than yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Food Staple Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (January 6, 2026) at 17:47 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 7 commodities decreased.

Only premium rice saw a price increase.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Honan garlic, shallots, bulk palm cooking oil, large red chilies, and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Premium rice commodity saw the highest jump of Rp115 (0.72%) to Rp15,993 per kg. The price of large red chili, however, experienced the deepest drop of Rp13,034 (30.41%) to Rp29,833 per kg.

5. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,200 per kg (unchanged)
6. Curly Red Chili: Rp32,250 per kg (down 1.9%)
7. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp30,800 per kg (down 1.35%)
8. Large Red Chili: Rp29,833 per kg (down 30.41%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp23,600 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp19,200 per kg (unchanged)
11. Minyakita: Rp18,770 per liter (unchanged)
12. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,740 per liter (down 0.95%)
13. Premium Rice: Rp15,993 per kg (up 0.72%)
