Food Prices in Banten, Tuesday (April 23rd): What's the Price of Beef?

The price of several food commodities in Banten today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (23/4/2024) at 18.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, garlic bulbs, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, granulated sugar, premium rice, chicken meat, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp1,190 (12.07%) to Rp11,050 per kg. The price of mackerel experienced the lowest decrease of Rp6,650 (18.33%) to Rp29,620 per kg.
