Latest Aceh Region Food Prices: Chicken Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (29/7/2024) at 09.27 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), premium rice, medium rice, pure beef, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, bulk wheat flour, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp2,850 (8.36%) to Rp36,930 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of mackerel decreased the most by Rp4,620 (10.86%) to Rp37,930 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 19 food commodities in Aceh according to Bapanas on July 29, 2024, at 09.27 WIB.

6. Chicken Meat: Rp31,660 per kg (up 6.96%)
7. Red Onion: Rp28,270 per kg (up 6.48%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,550 per kg (down 3.73%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp25,190 per kg (down 0.67%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp18,350 per liter (down 1.08%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,740 per kg (down 1.83%)
