Complete List of Food Prices in West Sumatra Today, What's the Price of Fish? (Saturday, December 30, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in West Sumatra today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 08.42 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, dry soybean (import), granulated sugar, premium rice, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, red chilies, milkfish, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was skipjack tuna, up by Rp5,970 (16.24%) to Rp42,730 per kg. The commodity with the lowest price decrease was milkfish, down by Rp7,910 (23.33%) to Rp26,000 per kg.
