Current Food Prices in Jambi: Beef Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (26/11/2024) at 08.03 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, skipjack tuna, garlic bulbs, pure beef, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, medium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices surged the highest by Rp760 (2.66%) to Rp29,300 per kg. Meanwhile, shallots saw the steepest price drop of Rp1,770 (5.64%) to Rp29,610 per kg.
