Complete List of Food Prices in East Java Today, What is the Price of Beef? (Monday, February 5, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (5/2/2024) at 11:03 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, granulated sugar, red chilies, milkfish, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Indian mackerel, skipjack tuna, shallots, dry soybean (import), and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp690 (7.22%), reaching Rp10,250 per kg. Meanwhile, Indian mackerel experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp1,330 (4.03%), reaching Rp31,680 per kg.
