Food Prices Today, November 26, in East Java: Chili Up, Eggs Down

Prices of several food commodities in East Java today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (26/11/2025) at 17.39 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 increased and 1 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices were large red chili, red onion, curly red chili, red bird's eye chili, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, only broiler eggs decreased in price compared to yesterday.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest increase of Rp1,137 (3.03%) to Rp38,652 per kg. Meanwhile, broiler egg prices experienced the deepest drop of Rp76 (0.27%) to Rp27,826 per kg.
