Food Prices Tuesday (28/10) Banten Region: Oil and Salt Prices Decrease

Food prices in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (28/10/2025) at 13:20 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 10 increased and 12 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include garlic, bulk cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, curly red chili, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as milkfish, packaged cooking oil, pure beef, premium rice, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili saw the highest increase of Rp5,266 (9.78%) to Rp59,130 per kg. Red cayenne pepper prices dropped the most by Rp1,607 (4.23%) to Rp36,348 per kg.
