Latest Food Prices in Bali: Sugar and Beef Prices Increase

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (21/12/2024) at 10:56 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, red chilies, chicken eggs, chicken meat, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,530 (5.11%) to Rp31,490 per kg. Bulk cooking oil experienced the largest price decrease of Rp190 (1.07%) to Rp17,540 per liter.
