Current Food Prices in West Java, What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (17/11/2024) at 15.22 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased in price and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, chicken eggs, milkfish, bulk cooking oil, and corn at the farmer level.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, shallots, bulk wheat flour, iodized fine salt, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp750 (2.05%) to Rp37,400 per kg. Iodized fine salt saw the sharpest price decrease of Rp140 (1.37%) to Rp10,060 per kg.
