Complete List of Food Prices in East Java Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Wednesday, February 21, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (21/2/2024) at 10:06 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), farmer-level corn, granulated sugar, whole garlic cloves, and kembung fish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as tongkol fish, premium rice, bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was red chili peppers, up Rp3,410 (4.84%) to Rp73,900 per kg. The commodity with the lowest price decrease was tongkol fish, down Rp370 (1.19%) to Rp30,790 per kg.
