Latest Food Prices in Yogyakarta, D.I.: What's the Price of Red Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (4/4/2025) at 14.03 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 17 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are dry soybean (import), bulk cooking oil, table salt, SPHP rice, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, medium rice, large red chilies, curly red chilies, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase of Rp473 (5.69%) to Rp8,783 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the largest price decrease of Rp6,606 (9.74%) to Rp61,227 per kg.
