Lampung Region's Latest Food Prices: Salt Up, Chilies Down (Sunday, April 14, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (14/4/2024) at 13.21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, broiler chicken, pure beef, iodized fine salt, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, dry soybean (import), red chilies, premium rice, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp250 (1.71%) to Rp14,860 per kg. Red chilies experienced the largest price decrease of Rp5,020 (8.83%), reaching Rp51,830 per kg.
