Latest Food Prices in Jambi Region: Rice, Egg, and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (9/11/2025) at 11:00 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 10 increased and 8 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include bulk cooking oil, SPHP rice, medium rice, broiler chicken meat, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, large red chili, garlic, Minyakita cooking oil, and mackerel fish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onion commodity surged the highest by Rp553 (1.87%) to Rp30,081 per kg. The price of large red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp13,767 (25.65%) to Rp39,900 per kg.
