Current Banten Region Food Prices: What is the Price of Chicken Meat?

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (10/5/2024) at 16:46 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, red onions, simple packaged cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and dry soybean seeds (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, farmer-level corn, bulk wheat flour, pure beef, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The highest price increase was for granulated sugar, up by Rp440 (2.43%) to Rp18,530 per kg. The largest price decrease was for curly red chilies, down Rp3,690 (7.32%) to Rp46,710 per kg.
