Current Food Prices in Aceh: Chicken and Chili Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (30/11/2024) at 13:38 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, shallots, Indian mackerel, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, granulated sugar, broiler eggs, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of farmer-level corn saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,370 (19.57%) to Rp8,370 per kg. The price of milkfish saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp530 (1.51%) to Rp34,600 per kg.
