Bali Food Price Update Today: Chicken Price Up, Cooking Oil Price Down (Tuesday, March 5, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (5/3/2024) at 11:33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are skipjack tuna, red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium-grain rice, red chilies, Indian mackerel, shallots, and pure beef have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken prices increased the most by Rp720 (1.9%) to Rp38,590 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of Indian mackerel decreased the least by Rp1,120 (3.01%) to Rp36,110 per kg.
