Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (9/11/2024) at 08.03 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, pure beef, medium rice, milkfish, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), fine iodized salt, simple packaged cooking oil, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp3,610 (11.5%) to Rp35,000 per kg. Red onion prices saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp980 (3.13%) to Rp30,330 per kg.
