Latest Banten Food Prices: Cooking Oil Price Up, Salt Price Down

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (26/11/2024) at 12:06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, dry soybean (import), broiler chicken meat, chicken eggs, and medium-grain rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, mackerel, bulk wheat flour, curly red chilies, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of bulk cooking oil surged the highest, by Rp340 (2.07%) to Rp16,780 per liter. The price of iodized fine salt fell the most sharply, by Rp860 (7.71%) to Rp10,300 per kg.
