Latest Food Prices in Indonesia: Egg, Rice, and Salt Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (12/11/2025) at 09.13 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 24 commodities decreased.

The only commodity that increased in price was packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red bird's eye chili, fresh local buffalo meat, medium rice, imported dried soybean seeds, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged cooking oil surged the most by Rp70 (0.33%) to Rp20,975 per liter. The price of frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad) dropped the deepest by Rp4,615 (4.34%) to Rp101,653 per kg.
