Latest Food Prices in Central Java: Salt Prices Up, Buffalo Meat Down

Prices of several food commodities in Central Java today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (12/11/2025) at 09.53 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 14 increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include bulk wheat flour, Minyakita, red cayenne pepper, packaged wheat flour, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, frozen buffalo meat (imported), corn at farmer level, skipjack tuna, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour commodity recorded the highest increase of Rp426 (3.63%) to Rp12,176 per kg. Meanwhile, skipjack tuna prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp1,532 (4.77%) to Rp30,588 per kg.
